Planning Your Visit along The Coleridge Way

The Coleridge Way can be walked over 3 or 4 days, staying at B&B's along the way.  In Where to Stay you will find details of Quality Assured accommodation, either on the route or within one mile of it, with links through to their own website where available.  The villages section gives an outline of what you can expect to find in each village you pass through, including toilets, shops and places to eat.  Where to eat gives more details of the pubs and restaurants and how to contact them to book an evening meal (which is advisable as they are often busy, especially at weekends).

Public transport is quite limited, but it is possible to visit using bus and rail services with careful planning (and perhaps a little help from your accommodation providers).  Some of the B&B's provide a baggage transfer service for a small fee, delivering your luggage to the next stopover.

If you would like to speak to someone about any aspect of planning your visit you can call the Visitor Information Centre in Porlock, who will do their best to help with any queries.  The number is 01643 863150.
